The Fine Print

 We are all U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captains and are fully insured. We carry first aid kits, radios, and other safety equipment to make sure that we are prepared for the unexpected. With that said, there is inherent risk on the trips that we offer. We contend with sharks, alligators, crocodiles (yes, this is a real thing), weather, tides, water levels, and the, infamous, island raccoons. We do our best to prepare but there are times that things can get “sporty” and that is part of the experience. 

Florida is hot and humid, so most trips are best done in late Fall through early Spring, but we are happy to take you any time of the year. We have also tailored some of our trips to summertime to provide a year-round experience. 

When you make your reservation, you will receive and email from Florideneroutdoors@gmail.com with trip details. This email includes pertinent information such as dates, where to meet, what to bring, and contact information. We will follow up with another email five days prior to the start of the trip to confirm trip details. This email will include information regarding weather as we start to get a better picture by that time. 

While we do our best to make every trip happen, we reserve the right to cancel or modify the trip due to weather or other extenuating circumstances. We will first try to modify the trip to accommodate for water levels or weather. If we do have to cancel, then we will offer new trip dates or a full refund of your deposit. Weather cancelations generally occur three days prior to the trip because that is about the furthest out that the weatherman is even remotely accurate. 

Cancellations are allowed 14 days in advance with no penalty. If its within, 14 days you will lose your deposit.
